My M5 back in the USA before I sold it.

This is a 45 km/h ´brommobiel´. It´s essentially a small car with a moped engine which you can drive on national roads whithout a drivers licence (just a moped certificate). Obvously it only drives 45 km/h so you shouldn´t take it if your going anywhere in a hurry. It´s very popular among elders, and (rich) kids who are old enough for a moped license but not old enough for a drivers license. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motorised…
